I called Tim and he answered on a Friday evening. It’s so nice to talk to an actual human. He was polite and available to come out on Monday. He followed up with me and was dependable with his word. It was a small job probably not worth his time but he showed up and fixed it in a matter of minutes. I am putting Tim on my speed dial and will definitely use him again!

I spoke with Tim on Saturday about welding my mower deck that snapped off on one side. He said I could schedule it or for a cheaper rate he can get me between jobs if he happens to be in my area. I went with the cheaper rate expecting it to be done within the next week or 2. 2 days later on Monday Tim told me he would be there. Did a great job on the weld and he was very nice and professional.

I called Mr. Tim McLane at 7:00 p.m. today, he answered with hospitality . Told him I was calling for a repair, on a exshault system for one of our equipment. With the Nation dealing with this crisis, there wasn't many shops open, taking a risk, to help others. Mr. Tim said 'no problem, I'll open the shop for you.' He gave me the address, and said 'call if you need help with directions.' When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and a hand shake, immediately I said ' thank you brother'. He did the work very professional, while explaing the procedures he was taking to make it the best repair. When he was done he gave me one of the companies shirt. I give him 10 stars.
